Community Support Worker
Locations: Tayport, St Andrews, or Cupar (Must live within 30 minutes of at least one service)
Hours: Permanent contract, averaging 35 hours per week
Schedule: Two-week rotating rota with split shifts (07:30-13:00 & 17:00-21:30)
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Top-Tier Pay & Overtime Incentives
Weekday Rate: £12.80 per hour
Weekend Rate: £16.80 per hour
Overtime Bonuses: Boost your earnings with an extra +£25 per dayshift or +£35 per backshift picked up outside your core hours.
Requirements
Experience: Previous care experience is not essential. We highly welcome both seasoned professionals and those completely new to the care sector, as comprehensive, full training is provided.
Transport: You must be a driver with a valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle for commuting between services.
Attributes: Reliable, compassionate, and eager to learn.
