Our internal Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Contract Recruiter to manage end-to-end technical recruiting for dedicated global business units. You will partner closely with hiring managers and TA colleagues to deliver exceptional talent pipelines in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate has a strong sense of urgency, excels at client and candidate management, and leverages metrics to hit SLAs and turnaround times.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Management: Manage the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing and high-volume phone screening to offer extension.
Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with hiring managers to understand technical needs, set expectations, and deliver high-quality candidate slates.
Proactive Sourcing: Build strong talent pipelines through market research, active sourcing, and ongoing relationship management.
ATS & Compliance: Drive all recruitment activity through the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring data integrity and compliance with local regulations.
Process Improvement: Recommend hiring strategies and process improvements that elevate the candidate experience and support company growth.
Reporting: Maintain accurate recruiting metrics and provide data-driven updates to leadership.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience: 3-5 years of core experience in Technology Talent Acquisition within a demanding multinational organization.
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Skills: Exceptional communication (fluent English), strong time management, and proficiency with MS Office and ATS platforms.
