What You Bring:

• Strong confidence, clear communication, and a great presence in front of a group.
• Experience with young people (youth work, coaching, support work, university, or school-based experience).
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or ready to get one with us fast!).

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise pre-set lessons and ensure students complete their assigned work.
• Maintain a positive, orderly, and focused classroom environment.
• Manage student behaviour in line with school policies.
• Assist students with questions and keep them engaged throughout the lesson.
• Collect completed work at the end of the lesson and pass it to the department.
• Take student attendance accurately at the start of each period.
