About the Role
As our Customer Operations Enablement specialist, you will work in close partnership with our Commercial Growth Lead. Your primary focus will be on customer enablement workshop activation and executing our rollout plan to ensure a successful launch. You will act as the true "voice of the customer," bridging the gap between our users and our Commercial, Product, and Tech teams.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Activation: Lead onboarding and enablement workshops on the platform, ensuring customers successfully adopt and actively use the product after go-live.
Gather Insights: Run user tests and gather structured feedback from customers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Translate market insights and customer feedback into clear feature requests and actionable improvements for the internal teams.
Performance Tracking: Help define and track KPIs related to activation, platform usage, and customer performance.
Commercial Strategy: Support willingness-to-pay interviews and provide vital input into the commercial model.
What You Bring to the Table
Must-Haves:
A relevant degree or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience in customer-facing roles.
Strong background in managing large rollouts, implementations, or customer enablement.
Experience thriving in fast-moving environments.
Fluency in both English and Swedish.
Nice-to-Haves:
An educational background in business, operations, or engineering.
Previous experience working closely with Product and Tech teams.
Familiarity with marketplace platforms or multi-stakeholder environments.
Experience with KPI tracking and performance-driven operations.
Fluency in additional European languages is seen as a strong merit.

You possess excellent relationship-building and customer communication skills.
You take a structured, hands-on approach and are highly adaptable when handling ad-hoc tasks.
You demonstrate strong business judgment, commercial understanding, and the ability to balance customer needs with business priorities.
You are completely comfortable working with data, KPIs, and performance follow-ups.
Work Arrangement
This role is based 5 days onsite, with the possibility for remote work upon agreement with the Hiring Manager.
