Are you an experienced Customer Service or Order Management professional with a background in engineering or manufacturing? We are looking for two proactive individuals to join our team in Peterborough, managing the end-to-end order lifecycle for key customer accounts.
What You'll Do:
Account Management: Act as the single point of contact for assigned customer accounts, managing the entire order lifecycle from setup and entry to tracking and logistics.
Issue Resolution: Own and resolve complex customer inquiries and escalations through detailed research and cross-functional collaboration.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure accurate records are maintained and that all export/shipping documentation complies with relevant legislation and policies.
Quality Liaison: Act as the bridge between customers and manufacturing locations for any quality or non-conformance claims.
Reporting: Prepare and distribute standard and customized internal and customer reports.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: 2+ years of experience in a Customer Order Management (COM) or Customer Service (CS) role within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Technical Affinity: A solid understanding of or affinity for technical environments and processes.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder relationships.
Problem Solving: A sharp eye for detail and the ability to navigate complex tracking and quality management systems.
Work Structure: This is a full-time position requiring 5 days per week onsite during the initial training period, with the expectation to evolve into a hybrid model (2 days remote per week) later on.
