Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, helpful first-line support, logging all communications within database systems.
- Process incoming orders, update client records, and handle standard billing and payment inquiries.
- Perform routine pre-billing checks and assist with month-end account reconciliations.
- Resolve data entry errors, such as merging duplicate records, while ensuring strict GDPR compliance.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to schedule couriers, track shipments, and follow up on pending results.
- Serve as the main link between customers and the laboratory team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Experienced with Microsoft applications.
