Key Role Details
- Position: Customer Service Specialist
- Pay Rate: £15.86 per hour
- Location: Remote; just a site visit to get your equipment!
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday (07:30 - 16:00, 38.75 hours/week)
- Duration: 3-month contract (2 positions available)
What You'll Do
- Manage client invoicing, raise prepayment TBIs (To Be Invoiced), and verify all documentation prior to finance transfer.
- Keep delivery schedules and financial records continuously updated within Salesforce (SFDC) and internal systems.
- Build and maintain KPI tracking sheets for customer business reviews and global performance tracking.
- Serve as the key operational contact point across Project Management, Logistics, QA, and Finance teams.
- Assist Project Managers with freight estimates, route quotes, VAT rules, and audit documentation preparation.
What You'll Bring
- 2-5 years of experience in supply chain, finance, or commercial operations (pharmaceutical environment exposure is beneficial).
- A degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent hands-on commercial experience.
- Strong MS Office skills; hands-on user experience with ERP platforms or Salesforce is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to multitask effectively during high-volume periods.
