Job Title: Secondary Drama & Performing Arts Teacher
Location: Witham, Essex
Salary: £150 - £210 per day (Depending on experience)

About the Role:
Inspire theatrical talent and confidence at an ambitious secondary school in Witham. Part of a leading Multi-Academy Trust, the school boasts a purpose-built drama studio and performance hall with modern lighting and sound systems. As a Drama and Performing Arts specialist, you will deliver dynamic practical and theoretical lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (including GCSE Drama / BTEC Tech Award in Performing Arts) while helping lead extracurricular school productions and clubs.
Located convenient to the A12 corridor and local rail services from Chelmsford, Braintree, and Colchester.
What You Need:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential (ECTs and experienced teachers welcome).
- Specialist background in Drama, Theatre Studies, or Performing Arts across KS3 and KS4.
- Excellent stagecraft knowledge and the ability to direct practical performances safely and effectively.
- Valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
