Your Impact: What You'll Do
You won't just be overseeing tasks; you will be the bridge between cutting-edge design and real-world implementation. Your remit includes:
End-to-End Ownership: Leading projects from initial concept and drafting technical specifications through to execution and final acceptance.
Strategic Procurement: Drafting RFQs (Requests for Quotation) for OEMs and specialized contractor partners.
Engineering Excellence: Ensuring every phase of the 3.2mt Electric Arc Furnace meets rigorous safety, environmental, and design standards.
Stakeholder Management: Acting as a company ambassador, liaising between internal teams and external global partners to ensure the project remains on time and within budget.
What You Bring to the Team
We are looking for a blend of technical mastery and project leadership.
Experience: A proven track record within the Heavy Industry sector is essential.
Technical Edge: A high level of competency in Electrical Engineering disciplines.
Education: A degree in Engineering is preferred; Chartered Engineer status is a significant advantage.
Project Mindset: Solid understanding of project management techniques, risk assessment, and safety studies (e.g., HAZOP/LOPA).
Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the communication skills required to represent a global brand to external stakeholders.
