We offer a range of flexible short-term contracts and longer-term placements across Care Homes, Homecare, and Supported Living settings.
Pay Rates & Financial Benefits
- Healthcare Assistants & Support Workers: From £19.00/hr (PAYE rolled up)
- Senior Roles: From £21.50/hr (PAYE rolled up)
- Accommodation Provided: Client-supplied shared accommodation included for the duration of your placement.
- Travel Reimbursed: Full reimbursement for your ferry travel to and from the islands.
Contract Details & Flexibility
- Contract Length: Minimum 12-week commitment, with placements extending up to 6 months.
- Time Off: Eligible for up to 2 weeks of holiday if you extend past your initial 12 weeks.

Key Requirements
- Proven experience in a relevant healthcare or social care setting.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Ability to commit to a minimum 12-week island placement.
