Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Rates:
- HCAs & Support Workers: From £19.00/hr (PAYE rolled up)
- Senior Care Roles: From £21.50/hr (PAYE rolled up)
- Free Accommodation: Shared client-provided accommodation included for your full placement.
- Travel Reimbursed: All ferry travel to and from the islands is covered by Randstad.
- Contract Length: Flexible 12-week minimum commitment, with extensions up to 6 months available.
- Time Off: Take up to 2 weeks of leave if extending past your initial 12 weeks.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a relevant care or support setting.
- SSSC registration (or willingness to register).
- Full right to work in the UK.
- Ability to commit to a minimum 12-week deployment away from home.
