About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and diligent Golang Software Engineer to join the global Loyalty and Benefits platform. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with excellent interpersonal skills and a drive to continuously learn. In this position, you will design and implement features within the Account domain while collaborating with engineering teams across the organization to exchange best practices and platform knowledge.

Key Requirements:
- Proven hands-on experience developing backend systems using at least one type-safe language (Golang strongly preferred).
- Professional background in software development with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
- Solid familiarity with backend microservices architectures, RESTful communication, and asynchronous messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Experience operating within Scrum frameworks to deliver business capabilities and end-to-end customer journeys.
- Strong foundation in Test-Driven Development (TDD) across unit, component, functional, integration, and regression testing tiers.
- Practical experience with CI/CD/CT pipelines, automated testing, version control (Git, SVN), and project tracking tooling (Jenkins, JIRA, Rally).
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, TDD, BDD, Waterfall).
Desirable technical exposure: Golang, Postgres, Kafka, gRPC, Docker, GraphQL, and Git.
