If so, we are currently looking for a Graduate Customer Contact Specialist to support within a small team for a global medical device company. You would be providing Customer support to ensure all needs are met and resolutions reached efficiently and effectively.

Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £15 per hour
Hours: 9AM - 5PM (Mon - Fri)
Duties and Responsibilities:
Managing customer queries via multiple communication channels
Organising service bookings for occupational health services
Coordination of clinics, managing schedules, and appointments
Liaising with suppliers to ensure clinics run successfully
Administrative support
Person Specification:
Experience within customer service, preferably in appointment scheduling or support
IT literate with a good working knowledge of Word, Excel & Outlook
Organised with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
