The Mission
Do you believe that every child, regardless of the complexity of their needs, deserves a world-class education?
We are looking for a visionary SEND leader to take the helm of three specialist schools in Surrey. This isn't just a management role; it's a chance to champion a holistic, multidisciplinary approach that blends education, therapy, and care into a life-changing experience for students with autism and learning disabilities.
The Role: Impact Beyond the Classroom
As Regional Principal, you will be the architect of a culture where both students and staff thrive. You will lead senior teams across four unique sites, ensuring that "excellence" isn't just a goal, but a daily reality.
You will spend your time:
Empowering Leaders: Mentoring and inspiring senior staff to become the next generation of SEND experts.
Innovating Provision: Overseeing a curriculum that is evidence-based, therapeutic, and tailored to the individual.
Building Community: Creating a "village" of support by strengthening bonds with families and local partners.
Scaling Success: Using your commercial and strategic acumen to ensure these schools are sustainable, compliant, and ready for future growth.
Are You Our Next Leader?
We are looking for someone who balances a big heart with a sharp mind. You'll be someone who sees the potential in every student and the talent in every staff member.
What you bring to the table:
Credentials: QTS and NPQH are essential.
Expertise: A deep-rooted understanding of SEND, safeguarding, and specialist legislation.
Resilience: The ability to lead through change with calm, professional confidence.
Spirit: A genuine commitment to inclusive education and the belief that the best leaders serve their teams.
The Reward
In return for your dedication, you'll join an organisation that truly values wellbeing and professional growth. You will have the autonomy to shape services and the support of a wider network that celebrates your success.
