Exciting Opportunity: Lewisham Manager- Autism Hub
This is a key leadership role managing a community Autism Hub, which provides crucial advice, mentoring, and support to autistic individuals and families in the local area.
Key Role Details:
- Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- Contract: Full-time (37 to 37.5 hours per week across 4 or 5 days). Available on a temporary basis through December 2026, with strong potential for permanent or temp-to-perm arrangements.
- Location: Based in Lewisham, London, with flexible hybrid options (typically 3 days on-site). Ideally suited for candidates based in South East London with a manageable commute (~30 minutes).
- Reporting & Team: Reporting directly to the Service Manager, you will manage 2 Hub Support Workers / Coordinators and a Behaviour Support Manager. You may also collaborate on a linked Southwark project initiative.
Key Requirements & Background:
- Experience working within care, health, education, or the voluntary sector.
- Strong background in Autism, Learning Disabilities (LD), or Mental Health.
- Management qualifications are desirable, but not essential if you have solid hands-on experience leading teams or complex projects.
- Experience working collaboratively with health, social care, or VCS sectors.
