Job Title: Secondary Humanities Teacher (History & Geography Focus)
Salary/Rate: £150 - £210 per day (M1-M6 equivalent)

Randstad Education is currently partnering with leading secondary academies across Chelmsford to recruit dedicated Humanities Teachers specialising in History and Geography. We have immediate openings covering daily supply, short-term block bookings, and full-time long-term contracts across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (with KS5 available for qualified candidates).
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging History and Geography lessons in line with national curriculum standards.
- Prioritise strong classroom management to foster an inclusive, focused learning environment.
- Assess pupil progress, offer constructive feedback, and execute lesson plans effectively.
Candidate Requirements:
- QTS or QTLS status (ECTs/NQTs and experienced practitioners are strongly encouraged to apply).
- In-depth subject expertise in History, Geography, or combined Humanities.
- Active Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or readiness to process a new check).
- Commitment to supporting student achievement across Key Stages 3 and 4.
