I am currently recruiting for an IT Operations Analyst position with a leading global solutions client to deliver 2nd-level technical support. In this fully onsite role, you will act as the key local resource to troubleshoot incidents, maintain regional office infrastructure, and provide high-quality walk-in and remote assistance to end users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Deliver Tier 2 troubleshooting, resolve incidents via ServiceNow, and handle hardware/software change requests.
- Infrastructure Maintenance: Coordinate with global IT teams to act as the hands-on local resource ensuring regional infrastructure service availability.
- User Collaboration: Liaise with cross-functional teams and external vendors to resolve user issues while conforming to ITIL processes.
What We Are Looking For:
- Required: 2+ years of technical customer support experience with strong desktop skills (Windows 11, MS O365, MS Intune, Bomgar, and ServiceNow) alongside excellent communication and service skills.
- Desirable: A degree in Computer Sciences or Informatics (though hands-on support experience is highly prioritized).
