Role Title: Organisation Effectiveness Specialist (Org Design)
Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days/week in-office)
Duration: 6-Month Contract (Strong extension potential)
Are you an experienced Organisation Design Specialist with a track record in large-scale target operating model (TOM) transformations? A top-tier UK retail and corporate bank is seeking a data-driven specialist to join a major enterprise simplification program.
Working directly with HR Leadership, you will lead end-to-end structural analysis, evaluate spans & layers, and design operating models to prepare the enterprise for AI adoption and agile ways of working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead hands-on target operating model (TOM) design and structural alignment.
- Conduct org health diagnostics, analyzing spans, layers, and committee structures.
- Translate complex headcount and workforce analytics into cost-efficiency initiatives.
- Partner closely with HR Directors, MDs, and external consulting partners.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven Org Design / Transformation experience within Banking or Top-Tier Management Consulting (Big 4, MBB, Q5, Baringa, Accenture).
- Strong data analytics proficiency (PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik).
- Hands-on experience with org visualization platforms (Orgvue, Visier, or similar).
- Practical understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum/SAFe) or Change Management.
