Overview

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading construction client looking for an experienced PMO Lead to join a major program of work. Sitting at the heart of program governance, controls, and reporting, you will be instrumental in driving delivery discipline across all capability areas and ensuring robust financial and risk management.

If you thrive in governance-heavy, fast-paced construction environments and can comfortably interface with senior stakeholders, this role offers an exceptional opportunity to make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Governance Framework: Establish, refine, and embed a robust PMO governance framework tailored to the program's requirements.
• Controls & Reporting: Take ownership of RAID management, stage-gate reviews, and executive reporting cycles to maintain full transparency across delivery teams.
• Delivery Discipline: Drive consistent operational discipline across all workstreams and capability areas.
• Financial & Planning Control: Oversee financial tracking, resource planning controls, and manage senior governance forums.

Key Requirements

• Proven track record as a PMO Lead or senior PMO manager within large-scale construction or infrastructure programs.
• Extensive experience operating within highly structured, governance-heavy environments.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge, influence, and present to senior leadership.
• Immediate availability to start and full ability to work on-site in Dartford three days per week.
