The Production Supervisor will oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, and production targets are consistently achieved.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily production floor, ensuring output targets are met and workflow stays smooth.
- Lead, motivate, and coordinate a team of operators and technicians, managing shift schedules and task allocation.
- Oversee and enforce all on-site health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Troubleshoot daily production issues, material delays, or machine downtime as they happen.
- Monitor product quality and compliance throughout the manufacturing process.
- Complete detailed shift handovers to ensure the incoming team can hit the ground running.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Shift Manager.
- Basic computer skills for updating shift reports and logging daily data.
