As a Project Manager within our PMO, you will own the end-to-end delivery of complex projects within your subfunction. You'll partner with the Subfunction Lead to maintain high delivery standards, optimize resources, and champion project management best practices to ensure excellence across every initiative.
Key Responsibilities
Project Oversight: Manage scope, quality, timelines, and budgets. Use Workfront to track project health, mitigate risks, and maintain meticulous documentation.
Resource Optimization: Forecast needs and collaborate with Intake/Scheduling teams to ensure proper staffing. Act as the primary escalation point for resolving resource conflicts.
Stakeholder Alignment: Serve as the central communication hub, providing regular updates and facilitating collaboration across cross-functional and regional teams.
Problem Solving: Proactively address scope creep and roadblocks. Implement creative solutions to keep projects on track while adhering to global processes.
Continuous Improvement: Champion the use of PM tools (Workfront, DAM) and share learnings to upskill the broader PM community.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Proven track record of managing complex projects, ideally in a creative environment, with a heavy focus on operational health and resource forecasting.
Technical Savvy: Advanced proficiency in Workfront (or similar PM platforms) and data analysis.
Communication: Exceptional ability to distill complex information into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
Mindset: A strategic, results-driven problem solver who remains resilient in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Leadership: Strong ability to guide teams and foster a culture of high performance and innovation.
