The Operational Procurement & Stakeholder Specialist manages internal project and event material needs from end to end. This role drives sourcing, procurement, supplier coordination, and logistics while ensuring alignment with Brand, Quality, Sustainability, and Policy guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for internal teams via Zoom, Slack, and email. Advise on project needs, build proposals, and resolve operational challenges.
- Procurement & Logistics: Execute daily purchasing, inventory control, and logistics across locations. Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of materials.
- Supplier & Warehouse Coordination: Work with suppliers and warehouse teams on production, order management, file uploads (shipping/inventory), and queries.
- Process & Analytics: Leverage advanced Excel, ERP/CRM tools, and AI to automate workflows, analyze data, and track KPIs. Maintain team Confluence pages and internal tracking forms.
- NPI & Sustainability: Support New Product Introductions, sustainability initiatives, and occasional web/comms artwork updates.
- Experience: 1-3 years in procurement, operations, logistics, or customer service. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel, Microsoft Office, ERP/CRM systems, Adobe tools, and AI automation tools.
- Core Competencies: Strong project management, analytical thinking, and multi-tasking skills under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills; confident presenting to Senior Leadership and collaborating with external suppliers.
- Traits: Solution-oriented, highly organized, persistent "completer/finisher" with strong attention to detail.
