Drives testing, process optimization, and operational efficiency within Securities Finance. Manages UAT, process review lifecycles, and cross-functional relationships between business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities- Process & Strategy: Review operational processes, perform root cause analysis, report metrics, and design new business flows. Evaluate toolsets and recommend solutions.
- Testing & Readiness: Manage process usability/load testing and ensure test environment readiness with internal and external support teams. Support and lead UAT efforts across large projects.
- Training & Reporting: Develop and deliver process training/coaching and present reports to management.
- Domain Experience: Securities Finance experience (Broker-Dealer or Prime Broker preferred) with financial trading and clearing domain knowledge (Fixed Income preferred).
- Leadership & Management: Minimum 1 year of supervisory or project management experience. Strong leadership, motivation, and influencing skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in process flow development and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project).
- Core Competencies: Excellent written/verbal communication, strong analytical skills, and the ability to multi-task independently under tight deadlines
