• Manage and oversee procurement operational processes and systems.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and delegated authority requirements.
• Maintain effective controls and governance across purchasing activities.
• Support the efficient execution of procurement transactions and workflows.

Systems & Data Management

• Maintain and enhance procurement systems, databases, and related digital tools.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and availability of procurement and supplier data.
• Support system users and drive ongoing improvements in functionality and usability.

Reporting & Business Intelligence

• Develop and deliver procurement performance reporting and management information.
• Analyse spend, supplier, savings, and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Provide insights that support decision-making and procurement strategy.

Contract & Commercial Administration

• Support the administration and governance of procurement agreements and associated documentation.
• Coordinate approval and execution processes for contracts and commercial documents.
• Ensure records are maintained in accordance with company requirements.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as a key point of contact for procurement operational activities.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, Legal, and the wider business.
• Deliver training, communications, and guidance to support procurement best practices.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes, systems, and ways of working.
• Lead or support initiatives that enhance efficiency, compliance, data quality, and stakeholder experience.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of procurement capabilities and tools.

Essential

• Experience in procurement, procurement operations, supply chain, or business administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with business systems, data management, and reporting tools.

• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Desirable

• Experience within a regulated or corporate procurement environment.
• Knowledge of procurement governance, supplier management, and contract administration.

• Professional procurement qualification (e.g., CIPS).
