You will create and deliver the go-to market strategy to grow our customer base, revenues and margins in this sector. This is a great opportunity to develop, execute and deliver a market growth plan in a hugely important market sector for an exciting high growth scale-up company.Key responsibilities include:§To develop and grow the Public Sector division including customer base, revenue stream and overall division§To identify, qualify and lead sales opportunities using appropriate sales methodologies to grow market share§To segment the market, prioritise sectors and organisations§To build multi-level relationships with key stakeholders§To map the portfolio to best fit solution requirements in London Public Sector§To engage with the internal stakeholders including the wider Sales team and operationsYou:If you are dynamic and adaptable Sales Manager who is an expert in Public Sector sales then you could be the perfect person for this fast growing organisation. You will build a division to drive new logo acquisition as you ensure that everywhere in London can use the full Fibre Optic & Broadband portfolio we offer.For this role, the ideal candidate would have:• Expert Public Sector knowledge who has consistently grown revenue through relationship management and solution selling at a senior level. • A proven track record in Sales and Account Management and ideally Sales Leadership• You will have experience working across various public sector organisations and understand public sector frameworks structure and process• Ideally, you will have worked in the Technology/ Telecommunications industry • Experience of pipeline sales management and forecasting• Comfortable in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.Championing an energetic culture, our client are promoting diversity in the workplace and will provide flexibility where required for the right candidates.
