Job Title: Religious Education (RE) & Philosophy Teacher | Mid-Essex
Salary/Rate: £150 - £210 per day
Location: Chelmsford / Maldon / South Woodham Ferrers
Inspire critical thinking and cultural understanding in local secondary schools.
Randstad Education is looking for RE & Philosophy Teachers to support Key Stage 3 and 4 Religious Studies across trusted secondary schools in Mid-Essex.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver thought-provoking RE and Ethics lessons across KS3 & GCSE.
- Encourage respectful debate, critical analysis, and open dialogue.
- Cover general Humanities subjects when required for short-term needs.
Requirements:
- QTS/QTLS status or strong experienced instructor background in RE.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the RE syllabus at KS3/KS4.
- Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service.
