Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + £4k-£5k Registration Bonus

Driven by a lifelong ambition to work for herself and truly make a difference, she is launching this brand-new, 3-bed EBD home in the heart of Moseley.

You won't be doing this alone. We have already secured an experienced Responsible Individual (RI) who owns his own successful homes and shares the exact same ethos and morals. With full planning permission already granted, the stage is set for a leader who puts children first.

We are looking for a foundational leader to help us build this service from the ground up. This is a rare chance to shape a culture, hire your own team, and implement a therapeutic environment without the constraints of corporate red tape.

The Rewards
● Base Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 (DOE).
● Registration Success Bonus: A significant £4,000 - £5,000 bonus upon achieving successful registration with Ofsted.

Who You Are
● We are seeking a stable, high-integrity professional who is looking for their forever home
● Experience: You have at least 1-2 years of experience as a Registered Manager, or you are a formidable Deputy Manager with several years of experience and the readiness to step up.
● Reliability: We value stability. This role is for a dedicated professional, not a job hopper; We want a partner who will grow with us over the coming years.
● Mindset: You are passionate about children's outcomes and excited by the challenge of a new commission.
● Availability: You understand the nature of residential care and are happy to be part of the on-call rotation to support your team.
