Primary Duties
- Provide continuous 24/7 coverage, delivering nurturing and structured care.
- Manage complex emotional responses using therapeutic interventions and calm crisis management.
- Encourage community engagement, social outings, and academic development.
- Maintain rigorous standards of safety, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate closely with team members to build a safe, structured household environment.
What You Bring
- At least one year of hands-on experience in young person's residential care.
- Current PVG registration or clear eligibility to register.
- SVQ 3 in Health and Social Care (Children and Young People) preferred.
- Full UK driving licence is strongly advantageous.
- Highly effective interpersonal skills and a constructive, empathetic approach.
