Key Responsibilities

- Assist service users in working through complex emotional, social, and behavioural challenges.
- Encourage independence through regular community access, sports, and educational routines.
- Protect service user welfare by upholding strict safeguarding and boundary standards.
- Work in harmony with existing residential teams to maintain stability and safety.
Applicant Profile
- Background in residential childcare or young person support settings is required.
- Current PVG scheme clearance.
- SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Children & Young People) highly desirable.
- UK driving licence preferred for community transport.
- Exceptional crisis resolution capabilities and active listening skills.
