Job Title: Residential Care Worker
Salary: £31,800 - £35,000 per annum (including contractual sleepovers)

- Provide high-standard, person-centred care and educational support to young individuals dealing with emotional, social, or behavioural needs, alongside conditions such as autism or ADHD.
- Establish safe, trusting relationships while setting clear, supportive boundaries for young people.
- Manage challenging situations and conflict with patience, confidence, and empathy.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams across a 52-week residential setting to ensure continuity, structure, and emotional stability.
- Safeguard child welfare in strict adherence to Scottish social care standards and legislation.
- Experience: Prior experience supporting young people or adults with social, emotional, or behavioural difficulties, or learning disabilities/ADHD/autism.
- Qualifications: An HNC in Social Care/Social Services or SVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People (or equivalent recognised by the SSSC) is desirable. Unqualified candidates with the right values will be fully supported to complete training.
- Travel & Location: Must hold a full driving licence with access to your own vehicle and live within an accessible commuting distance to Auchterarder.
