Role Core Duties
- Deliver dedicated, 24-hour therapeutic care to young residents in dynamic group living settings.
- Implement support plans designed to mitigate the effects of early life trauma and EBD.
- Support educational continuity, life skill development, and local community immersion.
- Ensure strict adherence to National Care Standards and organizational policy.
- Maintain positive team dynamics to ensure a harmonious, safe residential setting.
Candidate Criteria
- Minimum 12 months of direct experience in residential care for young individuals.
- Active PVG scheme registration (or commitment to apply immediately).
- SVQ Level 3 in Social Services (Children and Young People) preferred.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with a proactive, calm approach.
Alternative Titles & Transferable Backgrounds Skills gained as a Youth Worker, Support Practitioner, Community Project Officer, or Care Specialist map exceptionally well into this position.
