What's the role all about?As a Children's Support Worker, you'll be a cornerstone of support for children in residential settings. You'll provide comfort, guidance, and a stable environment, helping them thrive. This role is all about being a positive influence and a reliable presence during Monday to Friday day shifts, from 9 am to 3 pm.
What you'll be doing:- Providing essential day-to-day support to children.
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
- Assisting with daily routines and activities.
- Being a positive role model and building trusting relationships.
- Supporting the well-being and development of the children.
- Previous experience working with children in a residential setting is highly preferred. But honestly, any experience with children is worth considering!
- You must be a car driver.
- You need to have the Right to Work in the UK with no restrictions - we can't consider visa sponsorship/Skilled Workers/Students Visa for this role.
