    We are looking to recruit a confident adminitrator with financial experience to support our client in the Worcester area on an ongoing temporary basis. This role will be largely based at home.Benefits include: PensionAccess to the Randstad Benefits App with discounts and savings at high street shops, cinemas, gyms and much moreFree parking At Randstad we are able to offer:£10.11 per hour for the first 12 weeks service£11.11 per hour for post 12 week's service Shift pattern:Mon to Fri - 08.00 - 17.00 with an hour for lunchDuties are:-Provide administrative support to the department and where applicable thebusiness.Handle all relevant internal and external customer interactions including invoicingfor works completed, managing customer accounts and dealing with customerenquiries.Maximise opportunities to reduce unpaid revenue and collection of debt.Increase productivity and profitability by identifying and implementing continuousimprovement initiatives.Actively contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.RequirementsThe candidate must be IT literate with previous Financial Administration experience andpreferably with experience of SAP & CRM.The successful candidate will be customer focused, committed and highly self-motivated withthe ability to demonstrate a flexible approach to changing business needs. They must beable to keep pace in a fast moving environment, be able to communicate their skills andcope with ever changing workloads & deadlines. Must be able to demonstrate a continuousimprovement mind-set.Good level of education with Maths and English GCSE at Grade C or above (or equivalent).
