        Quantity Surveyor Essex Civil Engineering / RailFreelance (outside of IR35) £200 - £240 a Day I have a small client / consultant who is looking to grow their business and employ an extra QS. This small consultancy works with a selection of specific Civil Engineering and Rail contractors to assist them with commercial activity such as: Pricing Estimating, Bills of Quants, Applications, Day to day package management and Final Accounting. The role would see you as a consultant QS working with a handful of small contactors in the civil and rail industry, assisting them in the above manner.
