OrdersPre-Order Meetings - Support meeting, issue and track/chase return of signed copyRecord and issue orders to supply chainLiaise with supply chain to ensure signed returned copyEnsure access of relevant information to site and sales teams2. PaymentsLiaising with site teams to ensure consistent receipt of Goods Received Notes (GRNs)Checking invoices and orders and resolving queries with suppliers/subcontractorsMonitor receipt of all Applications and Invoices and distribute as necessary for checking or adding onto payment systemRequesting cheque/chaps requestsEnsure invoices are accurately coded and the next authoriser is correctly assignedMonitoring payments due dates and invoices in the system for paymentProcessing of payments to meet required deadline3.
