    We're recruiting for a Senior Site Manager to work on a timber frame development in Hythe, Kent. The client, a residential developer are looking to strengthen their build team. Responsibilities will include:As a Senior Site Manager you will be responsible for the initial site set up and then the ongoing management of the site from groundworks through to completion, ensuring that all deadlines and NHBC standards are met.If you have experience running your own projects, or are an established Site manager looking to manage your first project as a Senior Site manager, this is a great opportunity to join a prestigious, growing developer who have an excellent record of delivering NHBC award winning projects.Requirements:SSSTS or SMSTS CSCS CardFirst Aid TrainedProven track record of successfully delivering new build residential schemes.Working knowledge of building regulations and NHBC sign off criteria.Experience of managing trades packages either for a developer.Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
