    Resident Liaison Officer I have a very exciting opportunity to work within one of London's leading local authorities working as a Resident Liaison Officer. Your main duties will be too facilitate the development and implementation of major works schemes by coordinating and undertaken sufficient and effective consultation. You will also be responsible for ensuring high quality service is provided to all residents and be able to act on the needs and choices of residents effectively.Main Duties:Pre Contract:In conjunction with Project Management/Officer, develop and co-ordinate a plan for each major works scheme ensuring that the there is sufficient time to consultant properly with residents and Councillor.Ensure that Neighbourhood Management are properly consulted and their views considered when developing the scope of works within schemes.Organise and participate in public consultation meetings with residents, and keep them fully informed as to the scope, nature, timescale and progress of schemes. Decant:Where decant is required to work with Neighbourhood Officer to arrange and assist in the decant of properties affected by major works.Liaise with residents, removal firms and statutory authorities. Contract Phase:To keep residents fully informed of progress through the production of information leaflets and newsletters and ensure residents are fully aware of all scheme details.Ensure the specific consultation needs of leaseholders have been met.Attend formal site meetings and assess and monitor the contractor's service in respect of provisions for residents as specified in the contract, and compliance with standards and specifications.Post Contract Phase:At completeion, attend handover where requested and assist residents in moving back to their property where necessary and agree all associated costs. Complete customer satisfaction surveys at handover.Contribute to the development of procedures for the major works programme as a whole.Any other duties reasonably requested by management. Experience:A minimum 5 years' experience of working customer focused environmentAbility to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences both verbally and in writingExperience of working in a property related environment Experience of delivering improvements to customers Experience of producing newsletters and using social media to effectively communicate with residentsExperience within a local authority or housing accociation is mandatory Rate:Inside IR35Rate is negotiable depending on experience, starting at £18p/h UmbrellaStill searching?
