    My client, an established housing developer are keen to appoint a new Materials Controller for a new 300+ unit scheme in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire.This is an ideal opportunity for a keen, driven individual who wants to get experience of working on site within a housing developerDuties include,Working on siteEnsure materials are called off in time to meet the events programmeLiaise with Suppliers to confirm delivery arrangementsFollow up any outstanding ordersMonitor build progress with site teams to ensure materials due in are still required to dates requested.Liaise with site teams regarding deliveries, discrepancies & damagesRegular checks with site teams for excess stock.Monitor production programmes in relation to stock and advise the Site Manager of potential shortages ·Report any schedule issues to commercial ·Undertake other duties that are requested by managementExperience & SkillsExperience in a similar role an advantage but not essentialExcellent attention to detailCompetent in Microsoft packages and able to pick up in house systemsAble to communicate effectivelyBenefitsCompetitive payFull training and supportCareer planExpenses paidRandstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
