    My Client is recruiting for a Customer Service Maintenance Technician who can confidently carry out a variety of tasks for our customer service department on its developments across the South East.They will provide a vital link between the customer service manager and the homeowners in assisting in maintaining customer satisfaction and a first class service.The role will involve attending occupied homes to carry out repairs to items raised by the homeowners and show home maintenance.The successful candidate will have a meticulous approach and be of smart appearance and have the ability to carry out tasks on their own initiative reporting any further feedback back to the customer service manager.Excellent communication skills will be required to manage their own workload.If you have a strong track record in a similar role in the new homes industry - and want to join a large, established, privately-owned development company - send a CV, covering letter and salary expectations using the button below.MAIN JOB PURPOSETo carry out aftercare maintenance and emergency works as requested by the Customer Care Department and also to undertake works as required by other Senior Members of Staff from time to time.
