site manager jobs contract types
Site manager jobs are available in various contract types, including:
- Permanent site manager jobs: a permanent position doesn’t have a specific end date. If you are contracted by an organisation on a permanent basis, you will be employed indefinitely, until retirement or until your resignation.
- Temporary site manager jobs: in a temporary position, you are not tied to one particular employer, or project as your contract will have a proposed duration. While contract roles present a great opportunity to improve your skills and gain valuable experience, in some cases they result in staying at the organisation post contract, or even taking on a permanent position.
- Part-time site manager jobs: in a part-time position, you can enjoy reduced work hours, or just one particular project, presenting greater work-life balance.
- Full-time site manager jobs: a full-time position allows you to maintain a regular working schedule, for example between 9am and 5.30pm, allowing you to have weekends free and presenting a more structured working schedule. Full-time contracts can be on either a fixed, temporary or permanent contract basis.
