    Randstad CPE Facilities Management division is currently hiring for a Mechanical Mate on a permanent basis on the behalf of our national FM client. The successful candidate will be based on a static facility in Redcar.This role will incorporate working as part of a diverse maintenance team who will be responsible for delivering a high quality facilities management service.The package:Competitive salary between £26,500 - £28,500 per annum (depending on experience)Core hours Monday to Friday (40 hour week)Annual leave & bank holidaysGenerous pension schemeTraining and development coursesYour duties will include:Carrying out planned, reactive, and cyclical maintenance work, both independently and as part of a teamWorking with Ventilation Systems and Hydrotherapy Pool Plant SystemsEnsure that all plant, equipment, and tools are maintained adequatelyAbide to Health and Safety Regulations, COSHH, Control of Infection, Waste Disposal proceduresMaintain asset histories, maintenance records and helpdesk reportsTo take part in an on call shift rota of 1 in every 4 weeks at £135 a week and paid for 2 hours at time and halfThe successful candidate:Qualified to BTEC/HNC, City & Guilds or equivalent trade qualificationExperience within the facilities maintenance industry would be an advantageFull UK driving licenceInterested?
