    Administrator required in Rainham (RM13) Our client is currently on the look out for an Administrator in Rainham (RM13) this is a great opportunity to join a market leading facilities maintenance company Your responsibilities will include:Implement the office systems including administration of the required systemUse of Microsoft programmes to assist the sector effectively (including excel)Support to the sector in preparation of correspondence / reports / updating sector trackers (excel) as required for reportingBooking and facilitating the organisation of meetings (Site Visits / Pre-commencement / Handover) Preparation and distribution of all correspondence in advance of planned site visits / meetings and distribution as requiredEstablish and maintain all correspondence and construction informationEnsure that the general management of all administration is co-ordinated on a daily basis to ensure the sector document control system is maintainedEnsure the relevant sector / site paperwork is filed correctly and maintained within document control protocolsTyping of correspondence, photocopying, scanning etc as requiredTaking minutes of meetings, distributing and recording as required Job Specifics Salary £10 per hour PAYE + holiday payShifts- Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pmImmediate start Contract role Benefits Paid weekly every Friday Working for a leading facilities management company The current environment is filled with enthusiastic and motivated individuals.
