    Are you looking for your next role? My client is looking for a Maintenance Fitter on a static site in Stoke. This role will be an ongoing role with the view to going permanent. My client is looking for someone for an immediate start if successful with an interview.Main Responsibilities/Duties Include:Ensuring a comfortable and safe environment by providing a high level of maintenance and repair services to all areas.Carrying out a range of tasks, tests and checks in a competent manner, complying with company policies, procedures and guidelines.Deliver and maintain a clean and tidy environment throughout the premesis, in line with operational standards and ensure that work processes comply with statutory regulations.Ensure that Priory minimum standards are delivered in all areas in a timely and efficient manner, as part of a team.Identifying and reporting damages, faults and other related issues to the maintenance department to ensure that environmental conditions continue to meet our high quality standards and statutory regulations.Use equipment efficiently.Ensuring the confidentiality and identity of the site.Any other reasonable duties.Qualifications/Experience:City and Guilds / NVQ or equivalent Level 2 higher qualification.Experience within a commercial sector.Full UK Driving Licence.If this position is of interest to you please send us your CV through.     Job Title: Mobile LandscaperPay: £9.80 per hourContract - Summer/Winter shiftsHours: Monday - Friday - 7:30am - 4pm Main Duties include:During the spring and summer period 1st March - 31st October this will be all external grounds working 07:30 till 16:00 Monday to FridayDuring the Winter period 1st November - 28th February this will be limited to 4 hours grounds maintenance Monday - Friday 07:30 - 11:30 with the additional 4 hours been banked for gritting and snow clearance when required.The post holder will be expected to perform a wide range of duties covering all aspects of grounds and gardens maintenance across all stations. Tasks will include, but not be limited to mowing and strimming; weeding and pruning; seasonal planting; general upkeep and tidiness; winter gritting and litter picking.
