Carry out thorough investigations to reduce sewer flooding, pollution incidents and other network issues.Carry out comprehensive sewer investigations to identify the root cause and resolve using the appropriate resource either contractor, direct labour and promote potential solutions through business.Ensure pollution investigations are thoroughly carried out to identify the root cause and resolve using the appropriate resource to minimise the impact on the environment. Ensure flooding investigations are thoroughly carried out to identify the root cause and resolve using the appropriate resource to minimise repeat sewer flooding.Highlight potential investment projects or plans to meet future demands on assets or resolve identified shortfalls. Ensure any investment projects are completed in accordance with company standards.Excellent customer liaison skills including responding to written complaints within agreed timescales, getting it right first time every time ensuring there are no second stage complaints or CC Water / Ofwat contacts or avoidable low R&R scores.Ensure that company health and safety guidelines are adhered by self and others in the team. Report all health and safety issues to line manager on the same working day.
