As a Primary teacher on the supply circuit, you are able to go back to the roots of teaching, in its purest form. Able to utilise the experience gained by a career as a class teacher you can walk into a school and simply enjoy the act of teaching again. Becoming burnt out as a full-time class teacher can happen, whilst supply work can offer fresh faces, experiences and experiences you never would have before. The opportunity to choose your own hours with our flexible booking app lets you dictate when you work.Supply teaching is, however, for far more than just experienced teachers to take a step away from the grind, it is a fantastic way to get a foot in the door with a number of schools you may never have had the option to without. Putting a marker down with a great performance can be the key to unlocking new opportunities for permanent placements and networking with senior leadership teams, as well as creating bonds with fellow teachers.Working with us offers many unique opportunities to be sent to a range of schools you may never had the opportunity to before, as we work with inner city academies, private schools and everything in between.
