        Randstad Education are working in partnership with a secondary school based in Wandsworth to appoint a Receptionist / Administrator at their school. This position is for two months and will start as soon as possible. This role is responsible for providing high quality, efficient and professional reception and administrative support for the school.Training on systems used by the school will not be provided so successful candidates will need to have worked previously in a school. Responsibilities will include- Answer phones- Inputting data on SIMS and other portals- Answering emails- Assisting visitors and parents- Checking in and safeguarding all visitorsPreferred Skills- Data entry experience with SIMS is essential- Experience working Microsoft team preferred but not necessary- Experience of working in a school is essential - Strong written and verbal communication skillsPersonal Attributes- Strong customer service skills- Works well unsupervised - Approachable and personable What Next?
