Working as a special educational needs (SEN) teaching assistant you will be working with children and young people who need extra support, or require a tailored programme of learning in order to reach their full educational potential.We are looking for a supply SEN teaching assistant to work within one of our specialist schools in Frome. You may work with individuals who have physical disabilities, sensory impairments (i.e. hearing or visual), speech and language difficulties, learning difficulties such as dyslexia, conditions such as autism, social, emotional and mental health needs, or have a combination of these difficulties.This is an excellent opportunity for those considering a career within the educational sector, either as a teacher, music therapist, educational psychologist or speech and language therapist.We are looking for people with a genuine passion for supporting students with SEN.
