As the Higher Level Teaching Assistant / HLTA you will be working within a Trauma informed practice model where you can support and follow a therapeutic practice. WORKING HOURS As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant / HLTA your working hours will be: Term Time, this goes in line with the local authority Full-time hours are 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:30am -16:30pm The role is full time over 5 days per week, however if you would like the opportunity for part time or compressed hours, the school would be happy to speak to you about this.
