This could be the job for you, Randstad are looking for Learning Support Assistants (LSA) in a Primary School in the Cheadle area.The Learning Support Assistants role is a highly rewarding role that requires a patient and proactive individual. You will be working closely with students with additional educational needs, working one-to-one or in small groups. The successful candidate needs to have exceptional behaviour management skills, be able to work under their own initiative and create relationships with the students.You will not just be an educator - you will be a mentor and someone for students with additional needs to talk too. As a Learning Support Assistants you will be the eyes and ears of the classroom, managing behaviour and resolving any issues that arise.
