      Do you want a job role in a dynamic working environment?Do you want to help young people improve their academic success?We are looking for an enthusiastic person to work with young people in KS1 and KS2 in schools in the Greater Manchester area. The successful candidate will aim to improve the academic achievement of primary school children and help them to reach their full potential. You will be teaching the children a range of subjects, including Maths, English and Science. These children may have severe learning difficulties (SLD), multiple learning difficulties (MLD), profound multiple learning difficulties (PMLD) and Autism (ASC). There are multiple benefits of this role including:* Working with small class sizes and gaining a more detailed understanding of the children's needs and attainment* The opportunity to work in a diverse role * Gaining experience and developing skills in teaching Special Educational Needs (SEN)* Working alongside a skilled staff teamYour responsibilities will include:* Teaching lessons to primary school children* Planning lessons for a range of different subjects* Creating engaging and creative lesson plans for the children* Tracking progress of the pupils and devising plans to improve attainment based on successes and weaknesses of the classThe requirements for this role are:* A DBS on the update service* A teaching qualification (NQTs will also be considered)* Experience in teaching pupils with SEN* Being passionate about providing an excellent learning experience The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a fantastic staff team who will aid your development in working with SEN children. You will be working in a nurturing environment where all the pupils' needs can be attended to.
